Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Account details: your name and email address when you register or sign in.
• Planning information you enter: portfolio plans, balances, withdrawal amounts, asset mixes, scenario inputs and saved reports you choose to create. You decide what to enter. The app does not connect to your bank or brokerage accounts.
• Messages: questions you type into the app's AI assistant or AI analysis tools, and anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

• Usage information: pages viewed and tools used, so we can keep the app working and improve it.
• Technical information: browser type, device type and similar data our hosting provider records to keep the service running and secure.
• Browser storage: the app uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and keep scenarios you save to the Comparison Lab on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To provide the app: save your plans, stress tests and reports, and show your dashboard and Sovereignty Score.
• To generate the AI-assisted educational observations you request.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To keep the app secure and improve it.
• To send account and service messages. If you also join our email list, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

AI features

When you use the AI assistant or AI analysis tools, the information needed to answer your request (for example, the figures you entered) is sent to the AI model providers that power those features through our hosting platform. Their output is educational and may be inaccurate. Please don't enter Social Security numbers, account numbers or passwords anywhere in the app.

Who we share information with

• Service providers that run the app for us, including our hosting and database platform (Base44) and the AI model providers behind the AI features. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• AI tools you connect: if you choose to connect an AI assistant to your account through the app's sign-in screen, that tool can read and update your saved plans and reports on your behalf. You can stop that access at any time.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the app.
• Business transfers: if the app is sold or transferred, your information may move with it, under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable time, unless we must keep some of it to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update most of your information in the app. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, email course@m3freedomlab.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor them as required.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards provided by our hosting platform, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and let you know in the app or by email.
